Peony Candle

We offer a 14 days return policy after you receive your order (exceptions may apply). To be eligible, the products must be in the same condition as received, unused, in its original packaging. The materials required to ensure it is packaged securely and the shipping cost are at the customer charge. Customer must also provide a tracking number. To make your return request, please send us an email with subject "Request for Return". 

Once we receive and inspect the order to confirm its eligibility, you will be automatically refunded in the same payment method you previously choose at the checkout and an email confirmation will be sent. Failure to follow instructions will result to inegibility of a refund or a replacement.

Exceptions; Sales, promotions, items marked as 'limited edition', and such will not be eligible for returns.

Shipping Cost and Timeline

Total Shipping Cost will be calculated upon check out or order confirmation.

Kindly allow 7-15 business days for shipping (within USA).

Custom Fees

All other custom fees are not included in the shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover.

Processing time

Once an order is placed, kindly allow 2-3 business days for your order to be fully processed. You will receive an order confirmation from as through email and a tracking number once order has been shipped.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. FLAIR Co. Studio will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery.
